- Resume screen
- Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
- Virtual interview with Talent Manager (45 minutes)
- On-site interview with Chief Information Officer (45-60 minutes)
- On-site interview with Chief Executive Officer (45-60 minutes)
- Offer
- Implement and manage process for hardware acquisition and configuration.
- Provide excellent customer service while finding solutions to user’s PC issues.
- Develop processes and systems to drive efficiency and optimize user support.
- Implement, track, and provide support to users for PC or applications issues from start to finish.
- Ability to coordinate and work with 3rd party IT resources.
- User Management including new user configuration and acquisition integration support.
- Manage telephone and internet services for multiple locations.
- Out-of-service follow-up
- iPad Management
- Manage IT interns and delegate tasks appropriately.
- SharePoint management and administration.
- Ability to travel and flexible on work hours as needed.
- Ability to carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned.
